Michael joined the International Financial Services Industry in 1991 working first as an Adviser and later Regional Director Europe for Mondial Expatriate Services. In 1999, he joined Luxembourg based European Business Network S.A. to run the International Division. In 2003, Michael formed The Spectrum IFA Group with a number of colleagues. In 2009, he founded an IFA Trade Association, “The Federation of European Independent Financial Advisers (FEIFA)”.
Michael is also a Board Member FECIF, Chambre Syndicale des Courtiers d'Assurances (France), Collegio Mediadors d'Asseguances Titualts de Barcelona (Spain) and a qualified member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK)
