FECIF is pleased to welcome Brokers Ireland and ANICA (Associação Nacional de Intermediários de Crédito Autorizados) as new members of the FECIF family.

The addition of both associations further strengthens FECIF’s European network and broadens the representation of financial advisers and intermediaries across Europe.

Brokers Ireland is the leading representative association for Insurance, Financial and Mortgage Brokers in Ireland, supporting more than 1,200 Broker firms throughout the country. FECIF is pleased to welcome the association together with Diarmuid Kelly, CEO, and Rachel McGovern, Deputy CEO.

From Portugal, ANICA represents the credit intermediation sector, bringing together companies and independent professionals operating under the supervision and authorisation of the Banco de Portugal. The association works to support its members, strengthen professional standards and promote the development of credit intermediation in Portugal. FECIF also warmly welcomes Tiago Vilaça, President of ANICA.

Commenting on the new memberships, FECIF Chairwoman Vania Franceschelli said:

“We are grateful for the decision of Brokers Ireland and ANICA to join our European network and look forward to working closely together to further strengthen the voice of financial advisers and intermediaries across Europe.

Their contribution will be highly valuable to FECIF as we continue to expand our cooperation, exchange expertise and perspectives, and address the evolving opportunities and challenges facing our sector. Together, we can broaden our European reach and explore new frontiers, while contributing to a stronger, more connected and forward-looking financial advice and intermediation community.”

FECIF warmly welcomes Brokers Ireland and ANICA and looks forward to building the next chapter of its European network together.
