The GSCGI, a long-standing non-profit professional association dedicated to supporting independent finance professionals in Switzerland, is entering a new chapter by becoming HUB+. This name change reflects the culmination of a transformation process launched in recent years, aiming to reinforce the association’s mission, modernize its positioning, and respond to the growing challenges of a rapidly evolving financial ecosystem.

“ HUB+ is more than just a new name. It affirms a clear stance: that of a dynamic, agile, and committed network supporting independent finance professionals in a complex and demanding environment,” explains Lilian Nordet, the association’s Director since February 2024.

A stronger network for a changing sector

For over 30 years, GSCGI has stood out for its consistent commitment to independence, content quality, and advocacy for financial advisory professionals.

With HUB+, the association is going further by focusing on three core pillars:

  • Knowledge: High-level conferences and training focused on regulatory, economic, and technological developments.

  • Support: Practical tools, legal and administrative assistance, and hands-on guidance tailored to the needs of independents.

  • Network: A dynamic and welcoming platform built on trust and meaningful human-scale exchanges.

A name that reflects a collective ambition

The name HUB+ reflects the association’s vision: to become a central hub for all actors in the Swiss independent finance space — a resource, a meeting point, and a platform for collective visibility.

“The ‘+’ represents the added value we strive to deliver: more connection, more clarity, more useful content — for those shaping finance on their own terms,” says Patrick Maas, President of HUB+ speaking on behalf of the entire Board, who enthusiastically support this new momentum.

A renewed vision, true to our DNA

While HUB+ stays true to the values that defined GSCGI — independence, excellence, innovation, collaboration, and approachability — it also embraces a refreshed approach. More digital, more visible, and more attuned to today’s challenges: technological disruption, digital assets, regulatory expectations, and societal change.

A new beginning in service of a clear mission

HUB+ aims to expand its network across Switzerland and beyond, enhance its visibility, strengthen its training offering, and reinforce its status as a quality label in the Swiss financial landscape.
